About Me
- Emma Johnson
- I am a conceptual writer, artist and musician with an interdisciplinary background. The themes I investigate include the mundane, idiosyncratic and ironic. Experiences living in the Midwest, the East Coast and Europe heavily influence my work. I have a B.F.A. in painting and photography from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a B.A. in English (emphasis in poetry) from the University of Minnesota. I also spent a year at Rutgers and a semester abroad at Parsons Paris School of Art and Design. Currently I work as a journalist, photographer and artist.
