I am a conceptual writer, artist, and musician with an interdisciplinary background. The themes I investigate include the mundane, idiosyncratic, and ironic. Experiences living in the Midwest, the East Coast, and Europe heavily influence my work.
I have a BFA from the Minneapolis College of Art and Design and a BA in English from the University of Minnesota. I also spent a year at Rutgers and a semester abroad at Parsons Paris School of Art and Design.
I work in journalism, advertising, and education. I am interested in writing about everything from software development to social justice issues.
